Support
Help with checks, subscriptions and saved data.
Run a domain check
Open the Domains tab, tap + and enter a domain or website URL. Open the saved domain to run its first check. Use Domain actions → Re-check now to refresh it. Tap a check to view evidence and remediation guidance.
Scores summarise the checks performed. A passing score is not a guarantee that a website or email system is secure. DNS propagation, network access, registry data and website behaviour can affect results.
Background checks and alerts
Pro lets you enable Monitor & alert from Domain actions. Allow notifications and enable Background App Refresh for AdminIQ in iOS Settings. Open the app regularly.
iOS controls when background work runs. Low Power Mode, connectivity, device usage and force-quitting the app can delay or prevent checks. AdminIQ does not promise continuous monitoring or immediate outage alerts. Manual checks remain available in the app.
Restore, manage or cancel Pro
Go to AdminIQ Settings → Restore purchases using the Apple Account that purchased Pro. If a purchase is pending approval, access unlocks when Apple confirms it. For a temporary store error, check your connection and retry.
Manage or cancel your Apple subscription. Deleting AdminIQ or its saved data does not cancel a subscription. For a payment or refund request, visit Apple’s purchase support.
iCloud and deletion
Use the same Apple Account with iCloud available on each device. Sync may take time. Swipe to delete a domain and its history, or use Settings → Delete all domains and history. Read the privacy policy for details.
Tools and reports
Port checks test TCP connectivity to your chosen host and ports. Local-network checks require local-network permission. Firewalls can make a closed service look like a timeout.
WiFi QR codes contain credentials. Share the image only with trusted recipients. Reports are available from Domain actions as PDF or Markdown.
